Dharmo Budiono (also known as Hok Gwan) is an Indonesian business executive and civil engineer, best known as the founder and former President Director of PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA),, a publicly listed construction company based in Surabaya. Under his leadership, the company achieved ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, expanded into large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, and was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. He later oversaw a strategic stake transaction while remaining a shareholder and continuing his involvement in corporate leadership.
