Professional Profile

Hendro Wahyono, SH is an experienced Advocate & Legal Consultant with a strong background in banking, finance, telecommunications, infrastructure, and mining. He began his career at Bank Umum Nasional (BUN), rising to the position of Assistant Vice President, before transitioning into legal practice following the bank’s liquidation in 1998. Throughout his career, Hendro has supported numerous national strategic projects, advising both private and government entities. His expertise includes telecommunications development (particularly tower construction) and comprehensive legal guidance in the mining sector, covering licensing, exploration, construction, operations, processing, sales, and post-mining activities. Prior to establishing HW&P, Hendro worked at RAM & Partner, where he handled cases across banking, finance, telecommunications, infrastructure, mining, general and special criminal law, as well as corruption and money laundering (TPPU). He is currently a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Congress (KAI).
